Finca El Diamante is 100% female-owned by producer Blanca Nieve, one of the first farmers to join Gold Mountain Coffee Growers who exports this coffee. Located in the mountains outside the "City of Mists" - Jinotega, Nicaragua - the beans' slow maturation contribute to the coffee's exceptional cup profile.
